Responsibilities

• Prepare sales materials, reports and documents for the sales team.

• Support onboarding and training for new sales team members, especially on tools and internal procedures.
• Assist with adoption and optimisation of sales enablement tools and platforms, specifically Power BI.
• Monitor common customer issues and identify trends for preventative process improvements.
• Work with internal customers to ensure better outcomes for customers and the sales team.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our field existing business team for the Auckland North region. Based at our Rosedale branch, you will be the ground force keeping things running smoothly; from handling customer escalations to building smarter sales tools and processes. You will coordinate between internal business units, support sales processes, resolve customer escalations, and use your analytical and tech skills to identify and improve how we work within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing sales materials, reports and documents for the sales team
