Qualifikationen

• Strong data analysis skills using Excel.
• Excellent communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in sales support or sales operations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare sales materials, reports and documents for the sales team.
• Assist in preparation of reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across tools and workflows.
• Support onboarding and training for new sales team members, especially on tools and internal procedures.
• Assist with adoption and optimisation of sales enablement tools and platforms, specifically Power BI.
• Monitor common customer issues and identify trends for preventative process improvements.
• Work with internal customers to ensure better outcomes for customers and the sales team.
