The role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to manage and grow an existing portfolio through proactive telesales. This role is all about building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth while delivering a great customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Grow revenue within an existing customer base through regular outbound calls
• Build strong relationships and identify share of wallet opportunities
• Manage a structured call cycle to drive engagement and retention
• Monitor account performance and act on gaps in activity or volume
• Handle pricing discussions while maintaining margin and value
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and forecasting
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs
