Job summary

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Fleet Coordinator to support fleet operations and contractor performance within our North Harbourbranch. This role is key to ensuring efficient freight movement, strong operational discipline, and consistent service delivery across the network.

The role
Based at our North Harbour branch, the Fleet Coordinator works closely with the operations team, you will help ensure contractor runs are completed to standard, depot processes are followed accurately, and service failures are minimised. You will also support recruitment, compliance, and ongoing contractor activities, while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing fleet environment.

This is a permanent full-time position working 42.5 hours per week.
