Job summary

Team Global Express NZ is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to deliver accurate sales and customer insights, maintain CRM data integrity, and support forecasting and commercial planning. You will develop dashboards in Power BI and enhancements in Salesforce, turning data into actionable business guidance.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting and analytical capability.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse pipeline, forecasting and sales performance reporting.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Support revenue forecasting and commercial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and Salesforce enhancements.
• Coordinate tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Deliver customer reporting and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and sales processes.
