Job summary

Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking an Analytics and Insights Specialist in Auckland to support marketing and customer experience initiatives. You will translate business needs into data-driven insights and work with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate reporting and recommendations.

You will be passionate about customer experience, possess strong SQL/SAS and Power BI abilities, and contribute to cross-functional projects with a focus on quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer communications from translating business requirements through to data delivery and implementation.
• Experience working with complex data and able to provide quality reporting.
• Ability to manage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and teams.
• Strong skills in SAS or SQL
• Experience with Power BI
• Solid verbal and written presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and run BAU reporting and processes, ensuring accuracy and looking for improvements to efficiency and quality.
• Provide data support for customer communications including target group creation for marketing and service comms.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and explain technical solutions to business stakeholders.
