Job summary

Electrolux NZ is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive sales performance across retail and commercial channels. You will lead data-driven initiatives to optimise revenue, improve processes, and align cross-functional teams with strategic goals.

With strong Excel and analytics skills, you will analyse trends, forecast performance, and implement tools to strengthen inventory control and customer insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar Sales Operations/Analytics role.
• Technical capability in popular data analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel expertise.
• Power BI and SAP preferred.
• Experience in White Goods or consumer goods advantageous.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales optimisation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Analyse sales data and metrics, refresh reports with the ANZ Sales Analytics team.
• Improve sales processes and streamline workflows for efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to drive growth.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting and planning using the Sales Planning Tool (SPT).
• Establish KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
• Control commercial investments and manage price lists.
• Develop inventory control tower tools with Supply Chain.
• Lead weekly meeting cadence and reporting obligations.
• Manage stock availability reports and obsolescence.
