Job summary

Apply is seeking a Data Analyst to turn multi-department data into decisions that matter for Customer Experience and Payment Operations. You’ll influence monthly reviews, headcount planning, and strategic investments across NZ, the US, and the UK with hybrid work in New Zealand.

You’ll work with Tableau and Zendesk Explore, present to senior leaders, and help shape SLAs and performance reviews. The role emphasizes accuracy as your analysis influences bonus and staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Sharp analytical skills across data from more than one department.
• Experience with Tableau and Zendesk Explore for reporting.
• Ability to present findings to senior leaders and the C-suite.
• Collaborative and stakeholder-friendly data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly business reviews and quarterly proficiency scoring.
• Build dedicated reporting for Payment Operations from the ground up.
• Develop headcount and workforce planning models as the business scales.
• Provide deeper reporting and strategic analysis for two departments.
