Novotel Waikato is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead guest experience across Restaurant, Bar and Conferencing. You will coach staff, uphold high service standards, and work with a diverse team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

A strong knowledge of F&B, 2+ years experience, NZ work eligibility, and familiarity with Micros are preferred.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers and guests.
• GM licence and LCQ preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor Role.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
• Ability to manage and exceed F&B financial performance targets.
• A strong customer focus.
• Must have a supportive/hands on management style.
• Knowledge of Micros software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of all Sale and supply of liquor guidelines.
