Job summary

Novotel Tainui Hamilton is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead guest experience within Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing. You will demonstrate passion for Food & Beverage and empower staff to deliver memorable experiences while building strong relationships across a diverse team.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in F&B supervision, eligibility to work in New Zealand, and a preference for GM licence and LCQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Food & Beverage supervisor role.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
• Knowledge of Micros software is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and hands-on management style.
• GM licence and LCQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the guest experience within Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing.
• Demonstrate passion and strong knowledge of Food & Beverage to the team.
• Empower staff to animate the F&B experience.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with a diverse team to achieve goals.

• You are responsible for developing and leading the guest experience within Restaurant, Bar &Conferencing
• To demonstrate passion and a strong knowledge of Food & Beverage to the team
• Empowering staff to animate the Food & Beverage experience
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals.

• Excellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers and guests
• GM licence and LCQ preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor Role
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Ability to manage and exceed F & B financial performance targets

• Must have a supportive/hands on management style
