The Sebel Auckland Manukau is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Ora Bistro team. You will deliver efficient and friendly service to guests, with confidence in our dining menus and wine knowledge to maximise guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, are punctual, reliable and thrive in a dynamic, multi-cultural team. A flexible roster including weekends and holidays is required, with Accor employee benefits and staff meals on shift.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant, hotel or similar setting.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work on rotating rosters including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Proven confidence with wine list and menu knowledge.
• Strong communication with guests and other team members.

We are on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Ora Bistro team to ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests. Ideally you will;

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant, hotel or similar industry setting.
• Be punctual, reliable and able to work on a rotating roster system including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Have proven confidence with wine list and menu knowledge.
• Have strong communication skills and comfort with interacting with guests and other team members.
• Have the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst delivering results.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, multi-cultural team and bring a can do, positive attitude to work.
• Have a focus on delivering excellent service and providing a positive guest experience, every time.
• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Job Description

Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service and ensuring that it meets guests’ expectations to the highest standard through following hygienic food and beverage handling procedures and being confident with menu and beverage knowledge.

Role

The role works in a team environment during the day-to-day service periods of the restaurant, delivering room service, conferencing and bar service function with a distinct focus on providing excellence in our guest service. We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a passion to our team and in this role you will:
