Job summary

IbisTainui Hamilton is seeking a Senior Head of Department to lead guest experience across Conferencing, Bar & Restaurant, driving outstanding F&B performance.

You will empower staff, demonstrate passion for Food & Beverage, and ensure compliance with liquor guidelines; NZ work eligibility required; GM licence and LCQ preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with staff, suppliers and guests.
• GM licence and LCQ
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage management role
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Ability to manage and exceed F&B financial performance targets
• Must have a supportive/hands on management style
• Knowledge of Micros software is preferred
• Strong understanding of all Sale and supply of liquor guidelines.
