Job summary

Ibis Tainui Hamilton, a prominent Accor property in the heart of Hamilton CBD, seeks a Senior Head of Department for Food & Beverage. You will develop and lead the guest experience across Conferencing, Bar & Restaurant, driving service standards and financial performance.

Lead a hands-on team, empower staff, maintain liquor guidelines, and ensure compliance with GM licence and LCQ. This on-site role offers opportunities to grow with a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with staff, suppliers and guests
• GM licence and LCQ
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage management role
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Ability to manage and exceed F&B financial performance targets
• Strong customer focus
• Supportive hands-on management style
• Knowledge of Micros software is preferred
• Strong understanding of all Sale and supply of liquor guidelines

Job Description

• You are responsible for developing and leading the guest experience within Conferencing, Bar & Restaurant
