Job summary

Novotel Tainui Hamilton, part of the Accor group, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to develop and lead guest experiences across Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing. You will inspire the team with strong F&B knowledge and a hands-on management style, driving excellent service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers and guests.
• GM licence and LCQ preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor Role
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Ability to manage and exceed F&B financial performance targets
• Must have a supportive/hands on management style
• Knowledge of Micros software is preferred
• Strong understanding of all Sale and supply of liquor guidelines.
