Job summary

Novotel Tainui Hamilton is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead guest experience across Restaurant, Bar and Conferencing. You will demonstrate passion and strong knowledge of F&B to the team and empower staff to animate the F&B experience while building relationships with a diverse group to achieve shared goals.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, eligibility to work in New Zealand, at least 2 years in an F&B supervisory role, and familiarity with

• Excellent communication with staff, suppliers and guests.
• GM licence and LCQ preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor Role.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
• Ability to manage and exceed F&B financial performance targets.
• A strong customer focus.
• Must have a supportive/hands on management style.
• Knowledge of liquor guidelines is preferred.
