InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Auckland, Advieh Restaurant & Bar, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service and deliver memorable experiences across breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-room dining.

Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will rotate through service areas, coach colleagues, uphold safety standards and ensure warm, personalised service in a luxury hotel.

Competenze

• Previous experience supervising a food and beverage team in a premium restaurant, bar or hotel environment.

• Greet guests warmly, seat and engage to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimise guest experience and restaurant flow.
• Oversee daily service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-room dining.
• Lead by example during peak times by assisting on the floor or with drinks.
• Supervise and train Food & Beverage colleagues, fostering teamwork.
• Collaborate with culinary, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver consistent service.
• Address guest concerns professionally to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain health and safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support sustainability initiatives and responsible business practices.
