Job summary

Employment Hero is recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join the NZ Sales Team. You will drive qualified leads and opportunities, supporting the growth of our Employment Operating System for hiring, HR, payroll and benefits.

You will engage in high-volume outbound outreach, identify decision-makers, and partner with Account Executives to route and advance opportunities while maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline. This remote-first role offers autonomy and global AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume outbound B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with prospecting and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
• Identify key decision-makers within accounts to spark interest.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain and grow a qualified leads database and support demos.
