Employment Hero is a remote-first company revolutionising how SMEs manage work. The NZ Account Executive role focuses on growing the NZ market, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue with a consultative, value-based approach.

You will partner with the NZ Sales Manager to close deals and expand our presence across local SMEs. This role offers autonomy, access to AI-powered tools, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing global tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B tech/SaaS sales with end-to-end sales process.
• Value-based selling with multiple decision makers.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Hungry, curious, tenacious & a team player.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business development with a consultative approach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Engage with C-suite executives and negotiate effectively.
• Collaborate with SDRs to qualify opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain a strong, organized pipeline and meet monthly quotas.
• Use Salesforce CRM to keep customer data accurate and current.
