Employment Hero is seeking an experienced Partnerships/Aggressive Channel Sales professional in New Zealand. You will own the entire partnership sales cycle, identify and close new partners, and drive channel opportunities for our market-leading platform.

This role emphasizes outbound prospecting, onboarding partners, and meeting quotas, with a remote-first environment and strong emphasis on autonomy, learning, and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a B2B sales role.
• 1+ years in channel sales and partnerships.
• SaaS, tech, or aligned industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for partnerships and channel deals.
• Develop and win new channel opportunities for Employment Hero products.
• Hit assigned targets and maintain partner engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the direct sales team and qualify opportunities.
