Employment Hero is seeking an Account Executive for New Zealand — remote role, working with our NZ Sales Manager to drive growth for NZ-based SMEs and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires hunting, end-to-end sales, demos, negotiations, and close collaboration with the SDR team to meet monthly quotas while leveraging Salesforce. Based in New Zealand, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B tech/SaaS sales and end-to-end sales processes (closing deals & SaaS demos).
• Values-based selling with multiple decision makers.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions for NZ SMEs.
• Navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
• Engage with C-suite executives and conduct demos and negotiations.
• Collaborate with SDRs to qualify opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
