Joyous, a New Zealand-based company selling primarily into the US, seeks a high‑performing sales professional for a fully remote role. You'll own the customer journey from first contact to close, using a detailed playbook, with support from another NZ-based salesperson. B2B SaaS or AI experience and a track record of early success are valuable.

You’ll be part of a fast-moving team with strong autonomy, competitive comp, and a path to scalable mid-market growth across global customers.

Qualifikationen

• Early evidence of ability and transferable experience
• Experience coming from SDR/BDR/Account Management or early sales role
• Experience selling NZ-based companies to overseas markets
• Strong organisational and follow-through capabilities
• Clear, concise communication and ownership mentality
• Willingness to coach and iterate the sales process

Aufgaben

• Own the journey from interest to signed customer: Prospect, Discovery, Demo, Proposal, Close, Hand over
• Run discovery and demos, manage outbound and inbound leads, keep opportunities moving
• Learn and execute the current playbook and refine it through customer conversations
• Collaborate with another NZ-based salesperson to scale the model and learn from each other
• Aim to convert qualified interest into mid-market customers and simplify the sales motion
