Responsibilities

• Review replies in the assigned online campaign inbox.
• Match each response to the correct contact and campaign record.
• Categorize questions, corrections, opt-outs, and other requests under approved rules.
• Send a standard acknowledgement where appropriate.
• Route detailed questions to an authorized product or service colleague.
• Preserve a clear history of what was received and when it was handed off.
• Flag duplicate or conflicting contact information for review.
• Summarize unresolved response types for the campaign team.
