Office Administration — Campaign Responses
Remote | Full-time | 62,920–66,040 per year
A campaign can bring questions, correction requests, and replies from people who want no further messages. The Campaign Response Log Assistant keeps those incoming responses organized so the right team can act. This remote marketing support role focuses on an online response queue, accurate status notes, and courteous first replies within approved guidance. It is not a sales closing position or a job that decides campaign strategy.
Suppose one person asks for more information while another says the contact details are wrong. Those replies belong in different categories and may need different owners. Read the original campaign context before entering a status. A request to stop receiving messages must go through the company's permission process rather than being treated as an ordinary objection. If someone asks a substantive product question, acknowledge it and pass it to the team that can answer. Avoid writing a promise about pricing or availability that the campaign material does not support.
The work has a customer service element even when the first message came from marketing. People deserve a direct response to what they actually wrote. It also has the discipline of office administration: keep the response attached to the right record, avoid duplicate contacts, and make pending actions visible. When a campaign produces a cluster of similar questions, note that trend for the owner without turning your own impression into a formal performance report.
A response log can show which message generated an enquiry, what the person asked and who is handling the reply. A click, a completed form and an email question are not interchangeable results. Use the actual source when updating the record, and connect a follow-up to the existing enquiry instead of counting it twice. If the person asks for a service decision, pass the content to customer service or the relevant specialist. Your office administration makes campaign response information useful without overstating outcomes.
You need not have held a marketing job. Customer service or office administration experience can help, and the company is willing to train someone with little formal experience. You should be comfortable with email, online records, written instructions, and respectful follow-up. The employer will teach its categories, response language, and consent process. You will not need to invent a pitch or persuade someone who has declined contact.
This is remote work, on a full-time schedule. A home office or similar private workspace helps with contact records. The hiring company will specify its actual systems and schedule.
A response log should let the campaign owner understand what happened after distribution, while protecting each individual's communication choice.
A resume can show that you managed replies, tracked requests, or passed questions to the right person. If you lack direct marketing experience, be specific about an example from another setting. Clear communication and respect for customer choices are more important than a campaign title. The hiring team may request a website application from candidates selected to move ahead. The employer will explain the campaigns and team handoffs for the opening.
