We're looking for a confident, organised people-person who enjoys variety, has plenty of initiative and doesn't get thrown when priorities change. You'll be at the heart of our busy Northcote office, working across reception, administration, staff support, events and whatever else the day brings.

You'll:
Provide day-to-day administration support across the wider business.
Prepare, format, print, scan and organise documents, reports, spreadsheets and correspondence.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, post and couriers.
Keep staff, client, site and contact lists up to date.
Assist with basic account support.
Help with invoice filing, data entry and reconciliations as required.
Manage meeting room bookings and make sure rooms are ready for use.
Coordinate catering, lunches, morning teas, staff events and company functions.
Assist with travel, accommodation, transport and offsite bookings.
Order and monitor kitchen supplies, stationery and branded items.
Support new employee onboarding, training days, RSVPs and welcome packs.
Maintain vehicle records, fuel cards, phones, iPads and other staff devices.
Help improve templates, systems and everyday office processes.
Take on a variety of extra tasks as needed to help keep the office running smoothly.
