Our client is experiencing a busy patch and they need extra hands on deck to help keep their office running smoothly!
In this job, no two days will be the same.
You will provide support across a range of administrative and project-based tasks, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while also being the friendly, professional voice their key stakeholders interact with.
You'll be someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, learning new things, and pitching in wherever needed.
You don't need any specific industry knowledge,but to succeed in this role you MUST have strong tech/computer and admin skills, plus the confidence to pick up and run with tasks you may not have done before.
We're looking for someone who is organised, capable, willing to learn, and enjoys being the person others can rely on.
A driver's licence is required, as are New Zealand work rights.
Shortlisted candidates will complete the Stafford registration process including an interview, completion of registration/declaration forms, reference checks,a Ministryof Justice check, and drug screening.
