Job summary

Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie is seeking a friendly Reservations/Guest Services professional to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and process payments accurately while promoting hotel facilities. You will support upselling to maximize occupancy, protect guest property, and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

Prior Reservations experience is an advantage, and familiarity with Opera Cloud or PMS is helpful.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and non-verbal.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Previous experience in Reservations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud, TARS Database, or similar PMS preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability for a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
