We are seeking a Kitchen Attendant to keep the kitchen running smoothly, with a friendly, professional attitude, strong teamwork and flexible scheduling for a rotating 7‑day roster across early mornings and late shifts.

• Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication and time-management skills.

• Basic food safety knowledge; kitchen or hotel experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen operations through basic food preparation and assisting chefs during busy service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes/equipment and keeping kitchen surfaces hygienic and organised.
• Manage waste by regularly removing rubbish and recycling, ensuring disposal areas stay tidy.
• Help with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies while following all health, safety, and food-handling procedures.
