Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an Administrator to join the Canterbury Radiology Service. The role focuses on supporting recruitment, onboarding and movement of our medical workforce, coordinating with leadership and recruitment teams to ensure processes run smoothly.

You’ll manage communications, interviews, onboarding, and maintain accurate records, while handling sensitive information with discretion in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and workforce records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate communication, interviews and associated administration.
• Track recruitment activity and follow up outstanding actions.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new medical staff.
• Maintain recruitment, onboarding and workforce records accurately.
• Coordinate administration for visiting health professionals and trainees.
• Support offboarding when staff depart and keep leadership informed.
