Don't be put off by the word Administrator. You don'tneed to have followed a traditional administration career path to be a greatfit for this role.
We're much more interested in what you can do: how quicklyyou learn new systems, how you approach problems, whether you can explainthings clearly to others, and whether you're someone who takes ownership andfollows things through.

You'll become someone our people can turn to for practicalhelp with the systems they use in their work.

This isn't a technical IT support role. You'll resolve whatyou can, understand when something needs specialist support, and connect withthe right people when an issue needs to be escalated.
You may already do this kind of work without having Administratorin your job title.
Perhaps you're the person in your team who learns a newsystem first. Maybe you're good at figuring out why something isn't working.You might enjoy creating a better process, showing someone an easier way ofdoing something, or turning something complicated into instructions that makesense.

You don't need previous experience in Radiology, healthcareor application support. Experience with workforce systems, rostering,application support or healthcare may be useful, but capability, attitude andthe ability to learn are more important to us than a particular careerbackground.
