Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across portfolios.
• Maintain recruitment reporting and workforce data.
• Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
• Monitor recruitment workflows and keep systems up to date.
• Follow up with advisors and hiring managers on outstanding actions.
• Assist with interview coordination and scheduling.
• Provide admin and project support to the recruitment team.
• Contribute to process improvements in recruitment.
