Vestner NZ Limited in East Tamaki, North Island, is creating a national project coordination role to drive lift installations from order to handover. This office-based position sits at the heart of NZ projects, working with installation teams, customers, builders and suppliers to keep programs moving and risks managed.
You will set up projects in Simpro, maintain schedules and chase actions, coordinating shipping, manufacturing progress and handover to service.

With offices in both Auckland and Christchurch, Vestner NZ Ltd is part of a long-established, privately-owned German group that has operated in New Zealand for over 25 years. A major part of our business is manufacturing, servicing and installing lifts for a wide range of commercial and residential clients, as well as government health agencies.
As our national project pipeline continues to grow, we're strengthening the way we coordinate projects across New Zealand. This newly created role will sit at the centre of that operation. This is a key coordination role supporting the delivery of lift installation projects across New Zealand. You will work closely with our installation team, customers, builders, suppliers, freight forwarders and international manufacturers to keep projects moving, from the initial sales confirmation through to installation, completion and handover to our Service team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised person who enjoys taking ownership of projects and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We need someone who knows how to juggle competing demands all at once without getting flustered. You will also be naturally customer and solutions-focused, with the ability to always have your finger on the pulse.
Lift industry experience is desirable, but definitely not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who is capable, organised, commercially-aware and the right team fit.
