Job summary

Mobility Research Centre in Newmarket, Auckland, is seeking an entry/intermediate Project Coordinator. The role covers project inception to completion and is largely office based, with site visits and labour supervision.

You will work with the Operations Manager and report to the Managing Director. You will gain supported in-house training in transport and construction, develop comprehensive product knowledge, and contribute to planning, tender submissions, stock control and supplier

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• stock control and procurement
• plant and equipment management
• marketing and customer development

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a colleague who is an excellent communicator, flexible team player, practical, responsible and able to work efficiently to meet critical deadlines.

While excellent written communication skills and computer literacy are essential, we offer supported in‑house training and mentorship to assist in navigating our niche industry standards and developing comprehensive product knowledge.

Or could suit a candidate looking to return to the industry.

Some knowledge or experience in the construction, installation, contracting or similar sector an advantage.

Drivers License essential.
