Job summary

Southbase Construction in Queenstown is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our site-based team on a landmark Queenstown project. You will support Project Managers and the wider team to meet contract requirements and internal project goals while maintaining tight schedules.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of our team working on a project based site within Queenstown providing support to the Project Managers and the wider team, to meet contract requirements and internal project requirements and goals.

About you :
For this opportunity, construction experience in a similar role is desirable;if you have worked within a construction project support role previously and you are looking for a new challenge, then apply today! The successful candidate will have a willingness to learn, have a good attitude, be driven and use their own initiative whilst working on a fast-paced project within Queenstown. We can offer support and training on the job with a collaborative team around you!

Skills required :

• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role in the construction industry is desirable
• Proficiency in project management software and document control systems (e.g.,Aconex, Procore).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
