Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a proactive Project & Installations Coordinator/Administrator to support installation and inspection projects. You will handle scheduling, client communication, project administration, and ensure all documents and compliance are completed on time.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected; experience with SimPRO and Xero is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate installation and inspection schedules
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, EWP hire, and project logistics
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain team calendars and project schedules
  • Manage inspection reminders and client correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain health & safety documentation
  • Support invoicing processes and ensure deadlines are met
  • Complete project handover documentation and electronic filing
  • Maintain training, competency, and compliance records
  • Update client portals and assist with pre-approval documentation
