Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Auckland is seeking a hands-on coordinator to bring together customers, suppliers, warehouse staff, installers, and subcontractors to ensure jobs run smoothly.

The role is full-time, office-based with structured training and opportunities to progress into larger projects, operations, or customer-service leadership. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a NZ driver license are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, operations, installation, logistics, or dispatch coordination.
• Confident phone manner for urgent communications.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Full New Zealand driver licence.
• Willingness to visit sites or assist in warehouse when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and moving parts.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, installers, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Keep customers and internal teams informed throughout each project.
• Identify potential issues early and take ownership of solutions.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, documentation, and close-out.
• Occasionally visit sites or help practically when something urgent needs resolving.

This is a busy, hands-on coordination role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll bring together customers, suppliers, warehouse staff, installers, subcontractors, equipment, and materials—making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

When plans change, you’ll pick up the phone, communicate early, and find a solution. You won’t be afraid to ask questions, visit a customer site, help in the warehouse, or jump in the company ute when something urgently needs to get from A to B.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Strong project, operations, installation, logistics, or dispatch coordination experience
• A confident phone manner as you’ll call first when something is urgent
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused attitude
• Confidence asking questions and speaking up
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• A full New Zealand driver licence

Industry experience isn’t essential. Your communication, organisation, initiative, and attitude matter most.

This is a full-time, office-based role with structured training and opportunities to progress into larger projects, operations, customer service leadership, or sales.
