Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network in Hamilton, NZ seeks a Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for patients, handling bookings and inquiries with empathy and professionalism. This full-time, on-site role offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00am and 5:00pm, with training provided to support excellence in radiology services across our Hamilton clinic and network.

You will work with friendly teams to meet service targets and ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organisation and scheduling of appointments.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
• Ability to relate to and support a wide range of patients with empathy.
• Experience in a contact centre is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and professionally.
• Provide empathetic support and guidance during interactions.
• Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
• Build relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
