Qualifications

• Familiarity with a computerised booking system and reception tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients over the phone and in person.
• Assist patients with bookings, referrals, and provide general preparation and billing information.
• Greet patients in person, perform data entry, take payments and keep the reception area welcoming.
• Maintain professional relationships with clinicians and administrative staff to support smooth operations.
