I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Hamilton for a full-time, permanent role. The position involves handling bookings, supporting patients, and coordinating with internal teams within a structured Monday–Friday schedule.

The role emphasizes empathetic communication, multi-system navigation, and collaboration with clerical and radiology teams to meet service targets and deliver excellent patient care.

Our clinic in Hamilton is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Administrators to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a structured Monday–Friday work week, with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 5:00pm.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
• Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
• Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
• Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
