I-MED Radiology Network in Hamilton, NZ seeks a Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for patients, handling bookings and inquiries with empathy and professionalism. This full-time, on-site role offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00am and 5:00pm, with training provided to support excellence in radiology services across our Hamilton clinic and network.

You will work with friendly teams to meet service targets and ensure a positive patient experience

Our clinic in Hamilton is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Administrators to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a structured Monday–Friday work week, with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 5:00pm. As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions. Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets. Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
