Job summary

Westpac New Zealand in Gisborne is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support customers with everyday banking needs and digital tools. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, guiding clients through online services and resolving queries with care and clarity.

The role offers a 22.5 hour work week, Tue/Wed/Thu 8.30am–5pm, and a supportive team environment focused on helping our communities across Aotearoa.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or administration.
• Able to guide customers through digital tools with ease.
• Calm, composed, and solutions-focused when handling issues.
