Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, helpful voice customers rely on during banking interactions. You’ll assist with online banking, card disputes and regulatory guidance, delivering calm, clear solutions that leave customers feeling understood and supported.

This full-time, permanent role operates Monday to Friday in New Zealand. You’ll join a team that values curiosity, care, and a can-do approach to everyday banking challenges.
