Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island Limited, Ashburton store, is seeking an enthusiastic Online Manager to lead our growing Online Shopping team. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Online department, ensuring orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately while driving team performance and department results.

You will manage rosters, monitor productivity, maintain standards, and work with other departments to provide a seamless online shopping experience.

Qualifications

Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
A passion for customer service and delivering great results.
Ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading and motivating a team.
Full, clean New Zealand driver's licence; ability to make deliveries when required.
Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Online team to ensure orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately.
Oversee day-to-day online operations and monitor department KPIs.
Manage rosters, monitor productivity, and maintain operational standards.
Work with other store departments to deliver a seamless online shopping experience.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety in the online department.
