Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island Limited, Ashburton store, is seeking an enthusiastic Online Manager to lead our growing Online Shopping team. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Online department, ensuring orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately while driving team performance and department results.

You will manage rosters, monitor productivity, maintain standards, and work with other departments to provide a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Online team to ensure orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Online Manager to lead our growing Online Shopping team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. As Online Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Online department, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and efficiently while driving team performance and department results.

You'll lead and support our Online team, ensuring orders are completed accurately, customer enquiries are resolved professionally, and department KPIs are achieved. You'll manage rosters, monitor productivity, maintain operational standards, and work closely with other departments across the store to deliver a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. You'll also be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring the department operates safely and efficiently
