Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ – New World Ashburton is seeking an enthusiastic Online Manager to lead our growing Online Shopping team and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day online operations, manage rosters, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with store colleagues to deliver accurate picking, packing and delivery while driving team performance.

You will lead the Online team, ensuring orders are completed efficiently, customer enquiries are resolved professionally, and department KPIs

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Online Manager to lead our growing Online Shopping team.

As Online Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Online department, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and efficiently while driving team performance and department results.

You'll lead and support our Online team, ensuring orders are completed accurately, customer enquiries are resolved professionally, and department KPIs are achieved. You'll manage rosters, monitor productivity, maintain operational standards, and work closely with other departments across the store to deliver a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. You'll also be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring the department operates safely and efficiently
