Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, train and support the online team
• Coordinate team activities to optimize order picking and timely completion
• Produce product review reporting and analysis
• Assist customers with online ordering issues and inquiries
• Maintain a friendly, proactive team environment
• Ensure compliance with liquor, tobacco and other age-restricted laws
• Promote health and safety and food safety initiatives
• Oversee roster and wage budget KPI targets

We are looking for a talented and experienced person who has a real flare and passion for customer service that will manage our Online click and collect team to deliver the best customer shopping experience possible.

The ideal candidate will be:

• SAP and Excel experience will be required

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Manage, motivate, train and support the online team
• Coordinating the team effectively, planning and monitor journeys so they are picking and prioritizing the orders for completion time.
• Product review reporting and analysis
• Assisting with any customer enquiries and supporting them with online ordering issues.
• Being a key factor in creating a friendly and helpful team environment
• Ensure all sales are conducted efficiently, and that liquor, tobacco and other age restricted product purchases are sold in compliance with law and company policies
• Actively promoting health and safety and food safety initiatives throughout the department
• Staff training and development.
• Roster and wage budget KPI targets.

This is a full-time position with the days and hours of work to be discussed with the successful applicants and will include one weekend day of work.
