Foodstuffs North Island's New World Havelock North is seeking motivated Online Shoppers to join our team. You will accurately pick and pack online orders for timely delivery.

You will select fresh products, ensure correct quantities, maintain strong presentation, and provide friendly service to customers while meeting daily productivity targets.

At New World Havelock North, we are passionate aboutdelivering exceptional customer service and providing our community withquality products every day. We are currently seeking motivated, energetic, anddetail-oriented Online Shoppers to join our growing team.

As an Online Shopper, you will play an important role inensuring our customers receive their online orders accurately, on time, and tothe highest standard. You will carefully select and pack products, ensuringevery order reflects the quality and service New World is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer online orderswithin required timeframes
• Select fresh, high-quality products with care andattention to detail
• Ensure orders meet presentation and qualitystandards
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining a highlevel of accuracy
• Assist customers and provide exceptional servicewhen required
• Follow all food safety, health and safety, andstore procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workenvironment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensureefficient daily operations
• Assist with dispatching and loading customer orderswhen required

Skills & Experience

• Previous retail, supermarket, warehousing, oronline shopping experience is advantageous but not essential, as fulltraining will be provided
• Full, valid New Zealand Driver's Licence
• Able to commit to at least one weekend shift perweek
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends,and public holidays
• Physically fit
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
  
• Eligible to work in New Zealand
