Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, train and support the online team.
• Plan and monitor order journeys to ensure timely completion.
• Review product and service performance through reporting and analysis.
• Assist with customer enquiries on online ordering issues.
• Foster a friendly, helpful team environment and ensure compliance with age-restricted product laws.
• Lead health and food safety initiatives within the department.
• Oversee staff training, development, and wage budget KPIs.

• SAP and Excel experience will be required

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Manage, motivate, train and support the online team
• Coordinating the team effectively, planning and monitor journeys so they are picking and prioritizing the orders for completion time.
• Product review reporting and analysis
• Assisting with any customer enquiries and supporting them with online ordering issues.
• Being a key factor in creating a friendly and helpful team environment
• Ensure all sales are conducted efficiently, and that liquor, tobacco and other age restricted product purchases are sold in compliance with law and company policies
• Actively promoting health and safety and food safety initiatives throughout the department
• Staff training and development.
• Roster and wage budget KPI targets.

This is a full-time position with the days and hours of work to be discussed with the successful applicants and will include one weekend day of work.
