Heart Saver NZ in Kumeu is seeking an Office & Dispatch Administrator to join our hands-on team. This varied role combines order processing, invoicing, dispatch, stock control and customer inquiries, with duties split between the office and warehouse and occasional site tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle goods inwards, packing and preparation for our travelling team, and keep data accurate in our systems.
Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.
Heart Saver NZ is a proudly New Zealand-owned business with a clear purpose - equipping workplaces, homes and communities with the products, tools and knowledge to save lives in medical emergencies.
We work across AED (defibrillator) sales, testing, first aid and related training, and medical emergency solutions nationwide.
We’re a hands‑on, fast-moving business that values initiative, adaptability, professionalism and great customer relationships. Our team is passionate about what we do because the work genuinely matters.
We are now looking for an Office & Dispatch Administrator to join our Kumeu-based team.
This is a varied, practical role combining:
You will be responsible for seeing customer orders through from receipt to dispatch - checking the details, preparing invoices, confirming payment, picking and packing products, and getting everything out the door accurately and on time.
You will also be the first point of contact for incoming calls and deliveries, providing a helpful and professional response and ensuring enquiries reach the right person.
Importantly, this is not a solely desk‑based administration role. You will be based in our warehouse area, receiving deliveries, opening and checking inward goods, packing orders, stocking shelves, preparing stock for our travelling team and keeping the warehouse organised.
It will suit someone who enjoys variety and likes being on their feet during the day rather than sitting behind a computer from start to finish.
You’ll be part of a small, close‑knit team where everyone contributes across different areas of the business. We are looking for someone who is practical, organised, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
We are looking for someone who combines strong administration and customer service skills with a practical, hands‑on approach.
You may come from a background in:
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
You must also be physically comfortable regularly lifting, carrying, moving and stacking cartons, products and stock using safe manual‑handling practices. This is an important and genuine part of the role.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys being part of a busy, supportive team.
We’ve built our reputation by staying practical, responsive and customer‑focused.
We are not a heavily corporate environment with layers of bureaucracy. We work closely as a team, support each other and take pride in delivering high standards while still enjoying what we do.
If you are organised, customer‑focused and enjoy a role that combines detailed administration with practical, hands‑on work, we would love to hear from you.
