Job summary

Heart Saver NZ in Kumeu is seeking an Office & Dispatch Administrator to join our hands-on team. This varied role combines order processing, invoicing, dispatch, stock control and customer inquiries, with duties split between the office and warehouse and occasional site tasks.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle goods inwards, packing and preparation for our travelling team, and keep data accurate in our systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or sales administration.
• Strong accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Reliable, customer-focused with practical hands-on approach.
• Ability to lift and move stock safely.

Responsibilities

• Process and invoice customer orders accurately.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders through courier systems.
• Answer incoming calls and handle customer enquiries.
• Receive, check and store inward goods.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with supplier orders.
• Maintain accurate customer, job, payment and stock data.
• Keep dispatch and warehouse areas clean, safe and organized.
