Job summary

New Zealand Couriers, part of the Freightways group, seeks a highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The role provides operational, reporting, and administrative support to ensure our sales teams have accurate data, professional documentation, and seamless coordination to drive customer growth and revenue.

You will support the Regional Sales Manager and Telesales by preparing pricing, proposals, and customer documentation, maintain data integrity, onboarding and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, coordination, or commercial administration.
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
• Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify insights.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing templates, rate cards, proposals, and customer documentation
• Support tenders, commercial submissions, and customer onboarding processes
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Maintain CRM data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system updates
• Coordinate customer escalations and support resolution tracking with internal teams
• Assist with customer reviews, presentations, and performance reporting packs
• Improve and standardise sales processes, templates, and reporting tools

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to join our sales team.

The role

This role provides critical operational, reporting, and administrative support to our sales function, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with accurate data, professional documentation, and seamless coordination to drive customer growth and revenue performance.

You will play a key role in supporting the Regional Sales Manager and Telesales team by preparing pricing, proposals, reporting, and customer documentation, while also maintaining data integrity and supporting customer onboarding and performance tracking. This is a fast-paced, high-impact support role where accuracy, structure, and responsiveness are essential.

This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours a week

What you'll be doing

• Prepare pricing templates, rate cards, proposals, and customer documentation
